Power Winterthur secures 6th win in the T20 Competition and secures the first place in the Pool.
After winning the Toss Power Winterthur decided to Bat first. It wasn’t the start which Power was expecting losing both openers for zero within the first 3 balls. Asad Mahmood stepped in the crease facing the 4th Ball of the game.
Asad Mahmood and Ashfaq Ahmad putting a hundred run Partnership for the third Wicket and putting Power back on track. After Ashfaq Ahmad was dismissed for 26 runs Abdullah Rana came to the crease and joined the party with our skipper Asad Mahmood. Both went solid.
Asad Mahmood got dismissed in 12th over for 73runs in 41balls.
Abdullah Rana carried the Inning till the end (86runs in 37balls) and was well supported by Faraz Ahmad (33runs 19balls).
At the end Power managed to score 250 runs in 20 overs.
This Target looked very big on Wettingen and they managed to get 83/5 after 20 Overs.
This was the 6th consecutive victory for Power Winterthur in the t20 competition and Power qualified for the upcoming quarter finals. Well, Done
